6mm: 6mm wide x 3.3mm thick (3mm hole opening) - fits 1mm-1.5mm chain approx.
8mm: 7.8mm x 4mm (3.75mm hole opening) - fits 1mm- 1.5mm chain approx.
Round Sizes:
6mm - 2mm hole - approx 1mm chain
8mm - 4mm hole - approx 2mm chain
The hole size is just the silver part , there is another silicon part inside which narrows the hole more .
